This charming house in the Pedregalejo neighbourhood, with capacity for five people, is located less than 50 metres from the beach and the seafront promenade, ideal for a family or friends holiday. Enjoy the tranquillity and comfort of a modern 78 m² accommodation distributed over two floors, with architecture that includes a front patio that provides access to the kitchen and dining room, and an independent living room with sofa bed to accommodate the fourth and fifth person. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more, offers the necessary space to prepare your meals without worries. ?

The main bedroom is on the upper floor, divided into two areas connected by a dressing room: a double bed and a single bed with access to a terrace, very bright spaces that invite rest. ??? In addition, the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, electric radiator heating, two fans, and WiFi internet access so you can always be connected. ??
