Perfect for those seeking a balance between relaxation and adventure, the property is located in an area with children's parks, hiking routes and outdoor activities, as well as being very close to the famous "Cinema Park" and with excellent connections to the main roads to explore Málaga and the Costa del Sol. ???

The 120 m² apartment stands out for its modern and careful design that integrates natural light and the warmth of wood in a concept that reflects the Andalusian essence. Its spacious living-dining room is divided into areas for rest, reading, study and entertainment, with direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, is organised into three functional spaces for breakfast, lunch and preparation, with exit also to the terrace. ??

The four themed bedrooms offer unique environments:

? Málaga bedroom, main, inspired by local nature, has two single beds, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with fold-down work table. ?
