Situated in the countryside of Seville, it is ideally located between the A 92 and N4 motorways to visit the whole of Andalusia. Country house of 250 m. in a property of 1.200 m. for up to 9 people. Living/dining room of 32 m. with TV and air conditioning. Astra satellite channel. Large kitchen of 22 m. with 4 fires, fully equipped, dishwasher, coffee machine,... and access to the terrace. July and August or with other travellers arriving on the same day: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours. * The deposit is given on arrival and is returned by BIZUM within a maximum of 48 hours if there are no damages. * If the house accepts pets, they are not allowed in the swimming pool. The deposit will not be returned until we have checked that there has been no damage and that all excrement has been collected. * Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher. * It is compulsory to check in all guests before arrival.
