Complaints will only be dealt with during the stay. * No parties, visits or more people than those booked are allowed unless prior notice and payment is made. * Arrival and departure time to be agreed with the contact person. July and August or with other travellers arriving on the same day: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours. * The deposit is given on arrival and is returned by BIZUM within a maximum of 48 hours if there are no damages. * If the house admits you and you come with a pet, it is not allowed to enter the swimming pool. The deposit will not be returned until we have checked that there has been no damage and all excrement has been collected. * Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher. * It is compulsory to check in all guests before arrival.
