Its spacious open living room has a smart TV, internet, a large and comfortable sofa and access to the terrace through a large sliding door, it flows into the kitchen, which sits on a breakfast bar and is equipped to the smallest detail: oven, microwave , refrigerator, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and kettle, next to it is the utility room with washer-dryer, All ground floor rooms have access through sliding glass doors to the magnificent terrace and outdoor dining area with an Argentinian charcoal grill, a solarium with sunbeds and its wonderful private pool (heated at an additional cost).
