The beach promenade and sandy beach are approx. 150 m away on foot, and there are many restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets along the Paseo del Mediterráneo (the beach road). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 100 metres from the flat. The OASIS DEL MAR II urbanisation is a reputable residential complex. Internet via Wifi is available on both floors
