A very spacious 2-bedroom terraced house in a central and quiet location, near the Parador Hotel, the famous Carabeo Street and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Balcón de Europa. Within a small and quiet typical Andalusian development in the heart of Nerja. It shares a really beautiful garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large living/dining room, 3 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, with a double bed and two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, and on the ground floor there is a toilet. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the sun in private.
