From October 2025, the Parador hotel plans to initiate a renovation project that will extend over two years. This work will involve a significant structural renovation of the hotel and could cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.

Near the Parador hotel is located Tuhillo, on the West side of Burriana beach. It is at the end of the famous Carabeo street and the closest beach is just next to the building, which is accessed by stairs (No lift available). This apartment is on the third floor and has three bedrooms. At the entrance level, it has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine. The living room has a covered terrace closed with sliding doors. It is oriented towards the South and has magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to a small private terrace with incredible views. The apartment has access to the beautiful communal garden and swimming pool, located next to the cliff from where the beach can be seen.
