The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower. American kitchen Washing machine.

It is located on the first floor.
As in all other Canovas Holiday Rentals apartments there is free WIFI, an iron and ironing board and all the kitchen utensils you could want. It has air conditioning in all rooms. From the living room you have wonderful views of the pool and Carabeillo beach.

The pool is open during the months of April to October. You can sunbathe all year round on the lawn around the pool.

The location is ideal close to the Balcón de Europa

The beaches of Carabeillo and Carabeo are only 150 m away and the famous and crowded Burriana beach no more than 250 - 300 m.

Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to smoke. Keep in mind that in case of non-compliance, the deposit will be deducted.

The property is located next to the Mira al Mar cafeteria and the Cibeles Restaurant.
