Surrounded by whitewashed walls and lawns that add to the aura of privacy, the villa is approached via a parking bay for two cars and a path to the pool through the gardens, visible from the front. The private pool (7 x 4m long and 1.50m - 2m deep) is slightly raised and bordered by a good-size lawn, the perfect place for children to play. A pretty covered arched terrace spans the front of the house. A built-in barbecue will be very practical if ever you fancy catering for yourself. Sunbathing space is also available on the large roof terrace with fabulous views over the countryside that will make you feel blessed.
