This unique 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of the picturesque Andalusian village of Nerja and forms part of the luxurious Bayview Hills complex located in the Tamango Hill urbanisation. The private terrace area is spacious and has a dining area with table and chairs, as well as an outdoor chill out area comprising of aluminium and textured sofas and chairs. Two folding armchairs are provided. You will never tire of the views, which consist of the communal pool and gardens, the Mediterranean Sea in its entirety and, if you are lucky, you will see dolphins frolicking at certain times of the day.With regard to the complex, there is a large outdoor 'infinity' pool and an indoor pool. In addition, there is a large communal lounge area with access to the outdoor pool where you can sit and relax or play billiards. The outdoor communal areas are spacious and you will find an outdoor exercise area, table tennis, picnic area with barbecues and beautiful gardens with outstanding views. There is no shortage of things to do if you wish to venture outside the flat. The flat consists of kitchen-dining room and living room together with double doors leading to a spectacular 30m2 terrace offering 180º south facing panoramic sea views and year round sunshine. The master bedroom has a large double bed (1.5m x 1.9m) with fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds (0.90m x 1.9m) and is equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
