This apartment in an exclusive urbanization in Soto de Marbella offers everything necessary for unforgettable holidays. Located within a quiet community with well-maintained gardens, communal swimming pool, children's pool and paddle tennis court, the accommodation also allows access to the social club, which includes gym, sauna and paddle tennis and golf courts, subject to prior booking. You will be able to enjoy the spacious covered terrace with mountain and garden views, perfect for breakfasts, lunches or family dinners, immersing yourself in a natural and relaxing environment.

The interior features an elegant and functional dining room, with two distinct areas: a relaxation space with comfortable sofas and television, and a dining area with a large wooden table. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, combi fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as access to an interior patio that provides natural light.

The apartment has two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people: one with a double bed and television, and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows to the outside and sufficient space to store luggage. The full bathroom includes a bathtub. The centralised air conditioning guarantees comfort throughout the year. In addition, the accommodation has wifi and a covered parking space included in the same building.

Located just 2 km from the golf course "Campo de Golf de la Mairena" and the social club restaurant, the apartment is also close to sandy beaches such as Elviria and Cabopino, natural parks, urban centres like Marbella and Fuengirola, and other attractions such as water and nature parks. The area is perfect for families with children and for those looking to combine rest, sport and leisure.
