This beautifully maintained townhouse consists of 3 floors and is centrally located in a fantastic location. The house has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms are also equipped with lamp fans. On the terrace you can relax in one of the sun loungers and take a dip in the communal swimming pool. The sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan are a 10-minute walk away. La Zenia beach is a 15 minutes’ walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants (the strip) within a 5 minutes’ walk from the house. Within 10 minutes’ drive are the 4 championship golf courses. There are also a ladies and men bicycles for exploring the region. In the garden, you can enjoy barbecue meals along with drinks. This is a child-friendly property where you can get child’s bed and a high chair. Beach towels are provided and that saves a lot of space in your suitcase. The airport pickup facility is also available for a fee.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
