The wonderful lake of La Vinuella is even less than a 15-minute drive away.

With us, all luxury is included in the price. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining room, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious terrace for breakfast with a beautiful view. Space for 6 people and a cot are at your disposal. TV viewing via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning both cold and hot is provided in all rooms. For the colder winter months, the sitting room has a built-in fireplace, with free wood. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful private pool of 5 by 9 metres with outdoor shower, to cool down during the hot summers. Also enjoy our beautifully tended garden. Very spacious terrace around the pool with loungers and parasols. A garage and parking in front of the villa are also available. The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, all electrical appliances in the fully equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc... An outdoor barbecue is also at your disposal for an intimate dinner or a delicious feast with friends. Pool toys for your children are also provided. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). A child's cot (0.70 m x 1.40 m) is also at your disposal. The kitchen is fully loaded. It is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. The property is surrounded by a wall and only accessible with an access code. The patio offers stunning views of the Lake of La Vinuella and the ocean in the distance. Outside you will find a gorgeous pool (5 m x 9 m) with an outdoor shower. Enjoy the well maintained garden. The large patio surrounding the pool offer sun loungers and an umbrella. Make yourself a nice steak on the outdoor barbecue. The kids will love the pool toys available to them. Wireless internet access is available free of charge and there is a television with satellite reception. All rooms are air conditioned (heating/cooling). During the cooler season, the built in fireplace, offers a welcome fire (firewood free of charge). A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. Towels and bedding are supplied. Parking is available in a garage. You can also park your car in front of the villa. It is about 55 km to Malaga. The closest beach, Torre de Mal, is about 30 km.
