The house is located in a small development between several luxury 5 star hotel resorts and is 5 mins walk to the natural, volcanic pebble beach called Las Coloradas, where the 6 mile long scenic coastline promenade begins. The Papagayo beaches are about 20 minutes walk away (5 minutes by car). Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) king size bed (200cm x 180cm), built-in cupboards and en-suite bathroom. This natural beach is of a rocky, volcanic nature, although there are spots where there is black sand providing access to the crystal clear water for swimming. There is also a very nice coastline promenade leading into Playa Blanca. The Las Doradas beach with its golden sand and all its facilities is ca. 30 mins walk away (5 mins by car). The famous, naturally golden Papagayo beaches are reachable by foot (20 mins) or by car (5 mins). Golf There are several golf courses in the area. Special interest holidays Ideal for diving and snorkelling around the Papagayo rocks. 5 mins walk to the Las Coloradas beach, from where you can go snorkelling straight from the shore.
