GRANCANARIA APARTMENT APARTMENT IN THE FIRST LINE OF PLAYA DEL INGLES Apartment situated in a small and quiet complex in the middle of the Costa Canaria promenade in the first line of one of the best beaches in the world, Playa del Inglés and the dunes of Maspalomas. Both its unbeatable location and its tranquillity make this flat the perfect choice for a holiday of sun and beach.

This ground floor flat has an outdoor terrace with chairs, table, sunbeds and parasol to enjoy the good weather in the south of Gran Canaria. A few metres away is the heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens that separates the flat from the promenade and the beach. Inside, the bedroom has two comfortable single beds, built-in wardrobe, mirror, safe and exterior window with blinds. The bathroom has a shower with shower screen, washing machine, hairdryer, several sets of towels and shower gel. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a coffee table, 32" LED satellite TV and free WIFI. The living room is separated from the terrace by large windows with blinds that provide plenty of natural light during the day and direct views of the garden and pool area. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. Being located on a ground floor this property is ideal for people with reduced mobility.
The flat is situated in a privileged residential area on the Paseo Marítimo Costa Canaria: 50m from the Playa del Inglés beach, 200m from the La Sandia shopping centre, 400m from the Cita shopping centre, 500m from the Jumbo shopping centre and 50m from McDonalds. The area is very safe, quiet and surrounded by restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.
The airport is 40km away and can be reached either by taxi or bus. The flat offers a personal pick-up service from the airport to the flat.
The owner speaks English and Spanish, and will be at your disposal during your stay if you have any problems. Should you require any additional equipment from the flat before your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask for it. You can also ask about airport pick-up and drop-off.
