Description
This fully detached holiday villa is located in the small harbour village of Port d'Addaia. It is close to all the amenities and features distant sea views from the terrace.
The accommodation is on two floors. On the lower floor are four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and own access to the lower terrace which leads, through a gate, to the pool area. There is good wardrobe space in all rooms. The hallway and staircase lead to the upper floor where there is the entrance door leading to a lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garage area that is used as a utility room. Rooms lead out to the spacious upper terrace and view to the sea. There is also a separate guest toilet and a coat cupboard on this floor. Air conditioning in all rooms. A security alarm is installed. TV is provided with no channels, but with Chromecast dongle to stream from your phone/laptop, and the soundbar has bluetooth connection.
- Upper Terrace with a large wooden table and sun umbrella. The gas barbeque can be brought out to this terrace. - Kidney shaped pool 1,5 - 3m deep with terrace area all around and sunbeds. This area gets the sun from morning to around 7pm in the evening. - All entrances to the pool have gates with child locks on. - Due to a steep driveway, on road parking.
- Note: Thorough cleaning and disinfecting is carried out before all new arrivals in accordance with Balearic Government Regulations. - Wifi and TV (with Chromecast for streaming from own PC/smartphone). - Sound bar with Bluetooth. - Plastic cups, glasses and plates provided for use in the pool area. - Cot and high chair available, along with internal stair gates, on request. - Children must be attended to by an adult at all times, especially in pool area. - The villa has a very steep driveway, so parking is on the road. - Mid-stay cleaning or laundry not included. If required, this can be arranged and paid for locally through managing agents. - Preferred arrival/departure Fridays during high season (July/August), though will confirm if other days are possible on enquiry, and for any rentals of more than 1 week)
- Supermarket and bar/restaurants nearby. - 5 minutes drive/25 mins walk to Arenal D'en Castell shell shaped beach - 5 minutes drive to Aquatic water park and a children's play park at Coves Noves - 25 minutes drive to the city of Mahon. - 10 minutes drive to the golf course. - 25 minutes drive from the airport. - Nearby nature reserve is a nice walk.
