These bedrooms open onto a large terrace with sea views. They are completed by a children's bedroom with 2 beds. There are 3 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs on this level. - The pool level floor comprises a double bedroom with shower room and separate WC and a large lounge with open-plan kitchen, opening onto a large teak terrace by the pool. This level also includes a large open awning housing garden furniture and a pool table. - The 5 x 12 m swimming pool, protected by an automatic cover, is surrounded by lawns and offers a large space for relaxation. - On the roof of the house, a vast solarium offers a breathtaking view over the bay of Sa Riera.
