Description

Casa Lobo is a luxury villa in Salobreña, built in traditional Andalusian style in the quiet and completely secluded area of Costa Aguilera Mar. The view from every room is simply amazing! There are secluded sea views, secluded views of Salobreña Castle and in the distance views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Our neighbours' houses have "double plots" lying towards Casa Lobo, so you'll be completely private. The villa is located on a natural plot without major roads between the property and the sea. The villa is so close to the sea that you may be lucky enough to see dolphins playing below the many terraces. 

3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people and a big living room with televison and access to the upper terrace where we usually eat most of the meals.

From all bedrooms there is access to the pool area with the completely secluded, heated swimming pool, which has its own surrounding terrace - ideal for lying in the sun and lazing on one of the house's many sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower. In 2011, the entire garden was renovated with numerous beautiful terraces. In the lower part of the garden there is evening sun. There are many old trees, most of which are fruit trees. In addition, we have roses, grapes and trees with grapefruit, avocado, oranges, plums and pomegranates. It is also in this part of the garden that we have set up our outdoor jacuzzi, which can be used by appointment for part of the year. Around the villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and a small discreet terrace where you can dry your clothes naturally with Mediterranean breeze and sunshine. There is a closed garage with automatic gate and at street level there is a private off-road parking for another car.

Heated pool which is exceptionally secluded. Our 7-person jacuzzi has the most amazing view - but remember, it is only available by appointment and only in the winter season (from week 42 - Easter).

There are not many of the villas along the Mediterranean that have such excellent views as Casa Lobo. The Costa Aguilera Mar urbanization is therefore also one of Costa Tropical's most sought-after urbanizacions..Salobreña has beautiful beaches.
