Description

Modern, luxurious, detached villa with garden and large pool (5x14 metres) and lots of privacy. The house is at ground level, i.e. all rooms are on the same floor. The large sandy beach and the palm promenade in the centre of Salou are 7 minutes away by car (2.5 km). Even closer are Port Aventura, Ferrari Land, Aquapolis and Aquum Spa. The villa has a spacious living room of approx. 55m2 and 4 large bedrooms between 16-25m2 and has a large garden with terrace furniture and deckchairs, barbecue area and beautiful trees. The villa is surrounded by an organic farm consisting of fruit trees (apricots, oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, figs, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, apples, quinces, etc.), olive trees and a pine forest. You can eat the fruit from the trees yourself. In total, the property on which the house stands comprises 55,000m2 of fenced land. In January 2025, major maintenance and renovation work was carried out and parts of the furniture inventory were newly acquired. As well as the installation of a new air conditioning system and insect screens in all bedrooms and living room.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome.
The house and property are solar powered and there is also a riding centre with horses and a pony on the property.
Travelling by car is recommended. There is a piano in the living room. Wifi is included.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Intermediate cleaning at an hourly rate is possible.
The holiday home is not suitable for groups of young people as it is a luxury property.
