This villa has three spacious bedrooms, one of them is on the ground floor with a view of the garden, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double bed, large windows that provide plenty of natural light and views over the golf course and access to a small private terrace/solarium. Los Lagos 31 is situated in a very quiet place where you can spend your well-deserved holiday under the sun and have a chill out time in its private terrace area. It counts on a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave... will make your stay super carefree and full of comfort. The living room on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the Smart TV, and has direct access to the garden with sun loungers and seating area. If you feel like swimming, you can use its communal pool by the property which is heated free of charge throughout the winter (November to April). El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!
