This modern apartment with a sea view is located in the Murcia region. With a communal pool, air conditioning, and the beach a short distance away, you have everything within reach. This apartment is ideal for fun holidays with family, friends or couples. Also, pensioners who look to look up the sun during the winter months are also welcome. Spend your days relaxing on the Playa la Puntica or take a nice walk through the center of Santiago de la Ribera. You are close to the mud baths of Lo Pagan. You will find plenty of cozy cafes, restaurants, and shops. A visit to the nearby city of Murcia is also possible. This place is ideal for walking or cycling tours. The holiday home has parking space for the car and a comfortably furnished living room with a sitting area and TV. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, so you can travel lightly. There is an underground parking space available. You can park at the number 5 parking lot. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in each bedroom. There is a separate remote control for each air conditioner, but you can operate the three air conditioners separately.
