Description

The urbanization "Mi Capricho" is the best kept secret in the area, excellently positioned between Marbella and Fuengirola and close to the marina of Cabo Pino. It has a bus stop just a few meters away with routes and stops for access to the entire coast. Surroundings with a wide range of restaurants with international and local cuisine and tapas. Supermarkets, shops, banks, clinics, pharmacy, hospital, sports centres, golf courses. Very close to El Zoco shopping centre. It is our usual holiday flat for my family, so it is nice, cosy and very well kept, equipped and decorated, with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed, large equipped terrace and private garden and direct access to the gardens of the urbanisation and the swimming pools, through a glass curtain with security door. It has air-conditioning, TV, sheets and towels included; hairdryer, ironing board, high chair and cot for children; and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher; microwave; oven; vitro-ceramic hob and kitchenware). Laundry area with washing machine. Wifi in the flat and 190 international TV channels. Instructions on how to use the flat are available. Useful telephone numbers in the area. First aid kit ""COVID-19: THE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE APARTMENT FOLLOWS THE LOCAL GUIDELINES, AS WELL AS THOSE RECOMMENDED BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, CONSUMER CARE AND SOCIAL WELFARE"". Private garden with direct access to the gardens of the urbanisation; 2 swimming pools, the main one next to the sea, from which there is direct access to the beach and a walkway to a spectacular wooden walkway along the beach, which connects to Cabopino and La Cala de Mijas with several kilometres in length. Bar/Restaurant by the swimming pool; and outdoor restaurant next to the urbanisation and facing the sea. Cot, high chair, lift to the garage.
