Description

The villa is located in the holiday resort of Jandia, in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, only approx. 400 metres from the long sandy beach. Supermarkets, various shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as are the bus stop and taxi rank. Nevertheless, you are in a quiet area on the edge of the village centre, traffic-calmed due to its location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Afterwards, you can refresh yourself under the outdoor shower or in the large communal freshwater pool just a few metres away. The large, partially covered terrace with high-quality garden furniture is ideal for dining al fresco or enjoying a cosy glass of wine. The electric barbecue (use on request) provides variety in the preparation of meals. Nothing stands in the way of arriving by car, as there are plenty of parking spaces in the street just 10 metres from the house. The 130 m² single-storey villa is divided into two bedrooms, a large living area with dining area and bar, a very extensively equipped kitchen, a large wellness bathroom and a smaller shower room. The house was renovated in 2014 and impresses with its high-quality furnishings in a modern style. In the first bedroom you sleep in a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and also have direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, which has a sleeping area of 160 cm x 200 cm. The heart of the house is the sociable living room, which offers cosy seating for relaxing after a day out, both on the large leather lounge area with seating for up to six people and at the dining table with five comfortable swivel chairs or at the bar. The flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment. The renovated kitchen is ideal for self-catering thanks to numerous work surfaces, an XXL ceramic hob, all the usual appliances including a dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination, as well as small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The large bathroom invites you to take a wellness bath in the whirlpool bathtub. An almost floor-level, spacious shower cubicle and an underbuilt double washbasin round off the facilities. The smaller second bathroom has a semi-circular shower cubicle, a WC and an under-built wash hand basin. Your comfort is guaranteed by the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, and there is also a private infrared cabin. A safe for your valuables, a washing machine and an ironing station complete the facilities. The wide, kilometre-long, gently sloping sandy beach is 300 m away and the sea is 400 m away. Boutiques, bars and restaurants are within walking distance on the beach promenade. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the 18-hole golf course and a hiking trail that leads to the highest mountain on the island, directly behind the complex. Please note that babies and children aged 8 and over are permitted. In addition to the infrared cabin, the whirlpool bath and the fully air-conditioned interior, special features include a cot, a baby high chair and an electric barbecue on request. There is also no shortage of popular small electrical appliances such as a Nespresso capsule machine, milk frother or sandwich maker in the kitchen, and fibre optic WiFi is available free of charge.
