The apartment is located within an urbanization, the exteriors maintain a pleasant balance between the city and natural spaces.

Located on the so-called Costa Tropical, this accommodation is in the Valle Niza area, having very quick access in the Cajiz direction from the Mediterranean highway.

Beaches in some parts of the coast are somewhat rocky, but this is compensated by their tranquility and although there are leisure and restaurant services there, they are not as crowded as in other parts of the coast in the province of Malaga.

Upon entering the apartment you will enjoy a general view of the living room, terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The open-plan kitchen space, located in the corner, sharing space with the living-dining room, will provide you with everything you need to prepare lunches, breakfasts or dinners and enjoy them on the beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture that the accommodation has. Also if you wish, on this terrace, you can lower the awning to protect yourself from the sun.

In the living room you can enjoy Smart TV which, together with the internet connection, will allow you to enjoy your favorite series or movies. A nice space to relax after a day at the beach, excursions or work.

To rest you will have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both with a window to the outside and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. The bedroom, which houses the double bed, has an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway area.
