A strategic location to get to know Castilla y León, just 30 minutes from Burgos, 35 from Frómista, 45 from Lerma and an hour from Santo Domingo de Silos, and the famous cinematographic cemetery from the movie "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly", known as "Sad Hill". Close to everything, but at the same time in a perfect area to rest and enjoy Castilian-Leonese culture. And with all services just a few minutes walking.

Ground floor: we find a living-dining room, a full bathroom and the kitchen.
First floor: 4 double bedrooms and a full bathroom

OUTDOOR AREA
It has a very spacious barbecue area, a garden and a parking area. The plot is fully fenced.

KITCHEN
Modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, microwave, oven. It also has a table, ideal for breakfast.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
