Welcome to this lovely, newly renovated (2021) holiday home close to the sea in the charming town Färjestaden on the island, Öland. Approx. 300 meters from the sea at the northern end of Färjestaden, not far from the beautiful Ölandsbro (the bridge to Öland), you will find this holiday home with a nice, large garden. Beach, playground, and kiosk - everything is within a short walking distance. Nice, new, and inviting. The house is decorated in an open floor plan, and it gives a beautiful and bright impression. There are two good bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other a bunk bed with 3 beds (the lower bunk is wide). There are 2 extra beds in a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. The house has two large (2x30 m2) terraces, where you can relax and enjoy the holiday. There is a spa, an inflatable Lay-Z-Spa, where you can relax in the warm water. There are many interesting attractions in the area if you want to go for an outing. Regardless of the season, this holiday home is a perfect starting point for excursions throughout Öland and on the mainland in Småland. In the house and in the area, there are various games and outdoor activities for both children and adults. The beautiful bridge that leads to and from Öland is free of charge.
