Lovely and modern holiday home with sea views from two rooms and the terrace to the east, outdoor pool and a perfect location between Borgholm and Köpingsvik on beautiful Öland. In the large house (approx. 100 m2) there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a large wardrobe and space for a cot if you bring a weekend bed for example (cot is not available on site). Nice kitchen with kitchen island and open floor plan with living room which has wood stove, TV and a cozy environment. WiFi is available in all rooms. The beautiful kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, double freezer etc. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Washer and dryer can be found in a separate laundry room. Outside there is a large pool area /terrace (built in 2021) on 3 sides of the house – to the west, south and east. The pool has a ladder and is 1.4 meter deep. The pool is octagonal and has a width of 3.9 meters – in this pool area, there is an outdoor shower and a Weber gas grill. To the well-known beach in Köpingsvik, there is a 15-minute walk. 100 meters from the house there is also a small beach. You can cycle or walk to both Borgholm and Köpingsvik (about 2 km). In Borgholm there are shops, bakery and restaurants. NOTE! Youth groups cannot book this accommodation.
