Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine absolute Alleinlage und Abgeschiedenheit in einem kleinen Dorf in Nordschweden. Ein kurzer Spaziergang durch den Wald führt zu einem großen See.

Das Haus wird gerade noch renoviert und einige Bilder sind noch vor der Renovierung aufgenommen worden (bisher fertig: Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer 1). Neue Bilder folgen dann in Kürze.

Im Haus gibt es im Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohn- und Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche und Kamin für gemütliche Stunden während der kalten Jahreszeit. Die große Couch lädt zum Entspannen ein und ein Smart TV steht für Filmabende zur Verfügung.

Das vollständig renovierte Badezimmer bietet eine große begehbare Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Das WC ist in einem extra Raum und direkt ebenfalls ans Bad anschließend befindet sich eine Sauna mit Fenster zur wunderschönen Landschaft.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
