Welcome to this newly built holiday home on Lidingö close to the sea. The holiday accommodation is perfect for those looking for relaxation alternated with the pulse of the big city as it is only 10 km to Stockholm C. The house is tastefully furnished with all amenities and 2 bathrooms with wc and shower in each which make the house perfect for two families to share. The house offers 119 square meters for 8 people in 3 bedrooms with respective bed distributions, 1 double bed: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds and 1 single bed together with a sofa bed for 1 person. In the living room there are two additional beds in a shared sofa bed.
Outside you will find a leafy and fenced plot that invites you to pleasant dinners outdoors during the summer. It is a very child-friendly area perfect for the family and for the little ones there is a cot, travel cot, high chair and safety gate to use.

To see and do in Lidingö and the surrounding area
This house is in one of Sweden's first holiday home areas and here you can easily walk to the beach, which is only 200 m away. For those who want to hike and discover nature, there is a nature reserve, Grönsta, around the corner. In September, it is teeming with runners here because the finish line of the Lidingö race is on Grönsta gärde. For those interested in golf, it is only a 5-minute drive to Lidingö Golf Club.
In the area, there is a great diversity of both plants and small insects, and everywhere there are tracks and paths in partially hilly and difficult-to-access slopes, such as down towards Grönstakolonin with wild nature. However, this is one of the quietest and most untouched areas on Lidingö.

Nearby the holiday home you will find Elfvik's farm, which is like a farm in the old days but with today's modernities. Here you should take the opportunity to greet all the farm's animals such as sheep, rabbits, chickens, pigs, goats and horses. Feel free to buy a good piece of cheese, eggs, lamb sausage or why not a lamb skin. In the farm bistro you can of course also stop for some food and a glass of wine.
If you feel like shopping, it's only 3.9 km to the center of Lidingö and 10 km to Stockholm city. Here there are several attractions such as Gröna Lund, The Royal Castle, Gamla Stan and much, much more.
