Description
The newly-built house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the eastern shore of Viaredssjön.
The ground floor has a big, rustic kitchen with all amenities, as well as a fireplace. In the evenings you can enjoy the big living room, with comfortable sofas, furniture and an entertainment system. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a fireplace and solid parquet flooring, as in many other parts of the house. The entrance area, WC and laundry room are tiled. The first floor has another big living room with a sofa bed, TV and tiled fireplace stove. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a children’s playroom with a children’s bed and toys. The other upstairs bedrooms have double beds and one of them has a large walk-in wardrobe. One of the bedrooms affords a fantastic view of the lake. The big bathroom has a whirlpool for two people and is also upstairs. It has slate stone flooring and under-floor heating, two washbasins and a separate shower. You can also have a shower in the bath. The bathroom has a high window with a view of the forest behind the house.
The garden provides access to a big terrace with a grill and gas heating. Terrace furniture is provided. The garden also has a lovely lawn and a swing and slide. The owner offers also the option to rent bicycles for a surcharge. There are a total of eight adult bikes and three children's bikes. The fee paid locally to the owner of the object.
The laundry room provides a modern washing machine, drying facilities and a geo-thermal heat pump, which supplies the house with heating and hot water.
The house is only 75 metres from a lake. You share a dock and swimming area with a neighbour. It is just 7km to Borås. The owner also offers rowing boats (also with an electric motor) and canoes for hire, for a fee.
