The property is located far out in the Stockholm Archipelago on Svartsö (Alsvik pier), which can be reached by Waxholm ferries (fee applies) from central Stockholm or, at certain times, from Värmdö. Your car can be parked at the harbour (parking fee applies), and once you arrive on Svartsö, it is only a short walk of approximately 150 metres to this beautiful and high-standard accommodation. The ferry journey from Stockholm takes almost two hours, but the trip itself is a wonderful scenic experience. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a charming and comfortably furnished villa featuring one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed. The remaining two sleeping places are provided by a sofa bed in the living room. The holiday home offers sea views, and just 125 metres away you can sit by the shoreline with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Fishing opportunities are excellent throughout the area, and rod-and-line fishing is free for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area offers plenty of seating as well as a cosy wood-burning stove. The bathroom includes a whirlpool bath, perfect for relaxation and recovery. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Svartsö offers beautiful natural surroundings, excellent walking trails, a historic steamboat pier, and a well-stocked local grocery store. Welcome to a unique and comfortable holiday retreat.
