New studio (2024) with modern furnishings: kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob, shower/WC, bedroom, living/dining area with larch parquet flooring and sofa bed. A communal outdoor barbecue is available in summer. Perfect for all those who appreciate the view, peace and cosiness in the evening.
The studio is located in a group holiday home with several residential units, which can also accommodate groups. A footpath leads to the village with shops, restaurants, banks and cable car in just 5 minutes. In winter you walk 100 metres and you are already on the ski slope, in good conditions you can ski right up to the house. The studio is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (1 - 2 children up to 8 years can sleep on the sofa bed).
