Description

The Gotthard offers more than just traffic jams. To discover this you are exactly right in this vacation apartment.  The four room apartment is comfortably furnished and has some extras. Ideally the apartment is designed for four people. The sofa bed in the living room allows for one more guest.  The kitchen with stove (four burners) oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, fondue and raclette oven and many other extras offers everything the cook needs.  The dining area can accommodate up to six people and the large table is a great place to chat after dinner.  Both bedrooms have a washbasin with a mirror cabinet, a wardrobe with plenty of space and a shelf for clothes.    In bedroom 1 there is a double bed (180x200).  In addition, you enter a cosy arbour, which invites you to sit and relax.   In bedroom 2 there are two single beds (90x200). This room leads to a nice balcony.  The living room has a TV with Blu-ray and DVD player and the possibility to watch Swisscom TV.  The couch (min. 4 places) can be made into an extra bed.  A small garden on the south side of the house with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol invites you to relax.  A parking place for one car is available, bicycles (also e-bikes) can be parked in a locked garden house.  Within a few minutes walking you can reach the center of the village with all necessary shopping facilities.  A 30 minute walk separates us from the nature reserve and bathing area in the Reuss delta and the "Weg der Schweiz". We are in the center for countless mountain hikes, ski trails and snowshoe trails. Several small mountain cable cars nearby invite you to enjoy and ski.  Andermatt, Engelberg, Kleewenalp, Stoss and Sattel Hochstuckli can be reached in less than an hour.  Lucerne is very easy to discover and quickly reached by public transport (Tellbus).   There is still a lot to tell, but the best thing is to stop by and discover the home of William Tell!
