Description

The 5-room vacation apartment is part of an apartment building and is centrally located in the village of Amden. As the name "Casa Grande" suggests, the 110 square meter apartment offers a lot of space. The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 8 people. Four bedrooms, a living room, a self-contained kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony and garden for shared use are available. The apartment is located in the center of the village. It goes without saying that you can quickly reach the indoor swimming pool, restaurants, supermarkets such as Volg or mini Spar, the bakery and the Mattstock chairlift. You can be in the heart of the family-friendly skiing and hiking area Amden-Arvenbüel in just a few minutes by car or local bus. The closest bus stop is "Amden, Dorf" (100 m). An outdoor parking space is available in front of the garage. The village of Amden is famous for its great landscape and the unique location between Lake Walen and the mountain peaks of Leistchamm, Mattstock or Speer. It's therefore not surprising that there's a wide range of outdoor activities on the doorstep: beautiful and diverse hiking trails, themed trails for the whole family, charming viewpoints, secluded bathing bays on Lake Walen, children's playgrounds, climbing walls and much more. In winter, the small ski areas of Amden-Mattstock with slopes for advanced skiers and the family ski area "Amden-Arvenbüel” with the Swiss ski school, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe tours and winter hiking trails both offer enjoyable winter fun. Be sure to visit to the Amden indoor swimming pool. The pool has a pleasant water temperature of 30 degrees. Amden is very conveniently located for excursions in the region. The regions of Rapperswil-Zürichsee, Glarnerland, Heidiland or Zürich can be reached in a short time by bus, train or car. Perfect for a varied vacation in Switzerland!

The bright and beautiful living area is furnished with a dining table, corner sofa and TV. The large kitchen offers extensive facilities with stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fondue set, raclette set, toaster, filter coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are 4 bedrooms in total. The first room is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm). The second room has two single beds (90x200cm). In the third room there are two single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm). The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower-bathtub, hairdryer and washbasin. A spacious hallway leads through the apartment to the covered balcony with a wonderful view. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Board games and books are available. A storage room for skis or bicycles is available in the house. Do you feel like barbecuing? - A barbecue is available to guests. Wifi internet is available in the house. The vacation apartment has an outdoor parking space in front of the garage. A washing machine/dryer is available for shared use in the basement. Pets are welcome. Non-smoker apartment.
