Description

A dream cottage in the district of Arvenbüel above Amden in eastern Switzerland. Located right on the Arven ski slope and in the Arvenbüel hiking area, the "Bergblick" holiday home offers unique experiences for your holidays. The pretty corner terraced house lies on the high plateau above the Walensee, a location that guarantees the perfect holidays in both winter and summer. You can get directly onto the ski slope from the front door. The exceptionally child-friendly ski school can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Various hiking trails and snowshoe routes start right from the house. Amden and Weesen in eastern Switzerland enjoy the perfect combination of a southern atmosphere on the shores of the lake and a magnificent panorama in the middle of the mountains. The district of Arvenbüel is located at the end of the road at a good 1,300 meters above sea level. It is a quiet, peaceful resort with mostly easy ski slopes and diverse hiking opportunities. The view of the mountains and pine forests is as relaxing as it is impressive. Hot summer days are pleasant up here and the nights especially are refreshing. There are restaurants within walking distance of the holiday home. In the village centre of Amden, there are small supermarkets, a café with bakery and an indoor pool. A parking space in the in-house underground parking garage is reserved for you. The nearby bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" is 218 meters away.

The beautiful "Bergblick" corner terraced house offers 3 bedrooms on 3 floors and can accommodate 7 people (6 adults) on 133 square meters. On entering, you will find the spacious kitchen with dining area and feel immediately welcome. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge and separate freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, glass ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher and plenty of storage space. A fondue set, raclette oven and board games are available for cozy evenings. The kitchen leads into the living room, which is even cozier with the fireplace stove. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace and offers a view of the mountains, forests and meadows. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200cm). There is also a desk in the same room. The room has access to a private balcony overlooking the Leistchamm. Another bedroom with 3 beds (1 single bed 80x200cm and 1 x 140x200 cm) is located on the same floor. The bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, sink and toilet is also located on this floor. In the cozy attic there is the third bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm). The top floor bedroom is open to the stairwell. The house has an outdoor parking space and a space in the underground garage. No pets are allowed. Wi-Fi/Internet is available.
