Description

The holiday resort of Arosa, situated at an altitude of around 1800m, offers the opportunity for relaxation as well as sporting excursions at any time of year: Mountain bike tours, hikes, skiing and snowboarding experiences, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hikes, golf courses, sleigh rides and many other activities. Use the Studio Arosa as a cosy base for all your activities. Thanks to its central location in the centre of the resort, you can reach mountain railways, lakes and restaurants in no time at all. Nothing stands in the way of quiet hours in the studio thanks to the comprehensive and cosy basic equipment.

The studio is equipped with a double bed, an open-plan kitchen, a private bathroom with shower, a bike and ski storage room, a TV and WiFi. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for shared use. The flat is located on the 4th floor, but can also be reached from another location due to its hillside location.

Tourism Arosa charges a tourist tax and an accommodation tax for all guests staying in Arosa. We therefore charge a fee of CHF 4 per person per day in addition to the price of the studio. For example: 2 people stay for 3 nights. This costs a total of 24,- CHF. We would therefore ask you to transfer the amount applicable to you in each case. You will receive a payment reminder with the relevant bank details after your booking.

Furthermore, during the winter season (01.11 to 30.04) we offer the possibility of renting a car park in the Ochsenbühl multi-storey car park at a reduced rate. If you are interested in this car park, we would also ask you to transfer the relevant amount to us. You will receive a corresponding payment reminder together with a reminder regarding the tourism and accommodation tax.

! Attention: As construction work is currently being carried out in the vicinity of the flat, there may be noise emissions!
