Our modern 3 ½-room holiday flat in a private three-family house promises you an unforgettable break far away from the stresses of everyday life. With direct access via a spacious staircase or conveniently by lift, a holiday home awaits you that promises modern living comfort in the midst of breathtaking nature.
Inside the flat, you will find a new, fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living and dining area in the conservatory, so that you can enjoy the wonderful view while cooking. For your comfort, there are two spacious bedrooms as well as a reading room, which offers additional sleeping options if required. The bathroom with shower and separate WC has a modern design and complements the living comfort. It is the ideal accommodation for up to one person, with the possibility of accommodating an additional person if required.
The outdoor area of the house, which was lovingly renovated in 2019, offers a small balcony with a conservatory from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains. A lawn area around the house invites you to relax outside, and there is a car park for guests.
