Welcome to our cosy 3 1/2 room flat on the 1st floor, which enchants with its sunny, quiet and at the same time central location in the heart of the Engadine. Perfect for those who appreciate the proximity to public transport and shopping facilities as well as the unspoilt nature of the Engadine high valley. Relax in an environment that is ideal for finding peace and quiet as well as spending adventurous days in the Swiss Alpine landscape.

Inside, a cosy ambience awaits you, perfect for unwinding after an eventful day. The flat offers one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. An inviting living room with a dining area, a separate, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub complete the offer. During your stay, you also have access to WLAN, a communal washing machine, a ski room and a waxing room.

The outdoor area of the accommodation includes the use of a garage parking space, which is included in the flat rent. Further car parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. These amenities not only ensure that your vehicle is safely stored, but also make it easier to plan excursions into the surrounding mountains. So you can go on a carefree journey of discovery every day.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities and excursions in all seasons. In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza, Zuoz and other smaller areas offer excellent pistes. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails, while the picturesque winter hiking trails invite you to enjoy romantic carriage rides or toboggan runs. In summer, the Engadin is transformed into a hiking paradise with 580 kilometres of hiking trails and 400 kilometres of mountain bike tours, supported by a first-class network of trails. There are also other sporting opportunities such as fishing, mountaineering, ice skating and more. The contrasts of this region, from idyllic villages to majestic mountain landscapes, will captivate everyone.
