Welcome to the 3-room holiday flat "Chesa Arettas Spegele" - your cosy temporary home in the heart of the Engadine.
This quiet yet centrally located flat on the 1st floor is just a five-minute walk from the village centre of Bever and offers the ideal starting point for discovering the charming surroundings, shopping facilities, restaurants and the impressive mountain panorama. Here you can enjoy not only relaxation, but also short distances to nature and culture.
The flat boasts cosy, functional furnishings and is ideal for self-catering. The well-equipped kitchen offers a large selection of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils - perfect for shared meals after an eventful day.
A comfortable double bed (2 × 2 m) awaits you in the first bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds one behind the other. There are spacious wardrobes for your luggage in both rooms. The living and dining room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, beautiful dining area and flat-screen TV.
Your comfort has also been considered in the outdoor area: the flat has its own parking space in the underground car park with direct access to the house. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a ski room, which can be used as a bicycle storage room in summer.
