Description

You enter a light-flooded flat with a panoramic view! Quietly situated, personal and stylish, simply furnished three and a half room flat. It is located on the ground floor of a two-family house, slightly elevated on the edge of the village. Thanks to the south-facing glass front of the flat you have an unobstructed view of the village of Bever and the mountains. W-LAN, TV/radio, equipped kitchenette, corner sofa, 1 upholstered chair with coffee table etc. make for a cosy flat.
The washing machine in the adjoining room/storage room, covered car park, private, furnished garden seating area, large fenced garden are for shared use. The pond and the many trees on the property allow a remarkable biodiversity, it pleases children and adults who like to observe nature! Hiking and cycling trails, the cross-country ski trail to VAL BEVER leads past the house.
