Welcome to your holiday dream in the Upper Engadine! Our charming 4.5-room flat on the 3rd floor offers you the perfect blend of cosy home and captivating mountain scenery. Enjoy the sunny, quiet and central location with breathtaking views of the Upper Engadine mountains and the enchanting Val Bever, perfect for an unforgettable stay.

Inside you will find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, consisting of a living/dining room, a balcony and sleeping accommodation spread over a double bedroom and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fondue and Nespresso coffee machine, ideal for starting the day with a delicious coffee or ending it with a hearty fondue. Other facilities include two bathrooms with shower, a communal washing machine, a ski room and a waxing room for your sports equipment.

A garage box is available to tenants, and further outdoor parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. The flat is in an enviable location, close to a bus stop, railway station and various shopping facilities such as Volg, butcher, pharmacy, Coop and Aldi Suisse in neighbouring Samedan, just 2 km away.
