The residence is a 5-minute walk from the center of Champéry. It has a sunny terrace, an unobstructed view and is close to all amenities: ski lifts and train stop 500m away (Champéry Village Station), grocery store 200m away. Tennis courts, skating rink, swimming pool and fitness center are also just a 5-minute walk away. The building can be reached by free shuttle bus. The residence has a ski room and private ski storage next to the ski lifts. Outdoor parking spaces are available.
