Live surrounded by mountains with pool and sauna:
The apartment is in a very quite area, next to beautiful meadow fields with a small stream.The apartment is surrounded by impressive mountains. Directly opposite the apartment there is a bus stop, as well as hiking trails and access to the cross-country ski trail. Across the street there is a grocery store with fresh baked goods and a small cafe.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms) with a total living area of approximately 82sqm. In addition, the apartment has a balcony with a fantastic mountain panorama, an open fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV, radio / DVD system, telephone, elevator and free Wi-Fi access for internet use.
In the apartment are numerous books, the kitchen includes in addition to extensive crockery and a raclette oven.
The kitchen is open to the living room, which guarantees a nice view and allows conversation and interaction :-)

In the apartment house there is also an indoor swimming pool (15 x 5 m pool / 27 ° C) and a sauna for free use.
There is a ski storage room, a laundry room with washers and dryers and storage for bicycles.

During your stay my housekeeper will always be available to you as a contact person. She gives you the key, shows you the apartment and all other important rooms. In addition, you can also contact me anytime. I would like to help you so that you can enjoy your stay!
Nearby the apartment is the bus stop "Schulhaus" with the lines 1 and 4.
Champfèr is located in the famous Upper Engadine between the two villages of St. Moritz and Silvaplana, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden.

What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

St. Moritz is one of the most tradition-steeped holiday resorts around. Even its name is protected as a quality brand and all over the world is equated with style, elegance and class. According to legend, St. Moritz was the birthplace of winter tourism in the Alps (1864), and it has also hosted two Olympic Winter Games (1928 & 1948), including the FIS Alpine World Ski Championship in 2017, an event that was hosted here for the fifth time.
