It features 5 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine, raclette set, and both classic and chinoise fondue sets – perfect for cozy evenings with family or friends.

The Churwalden mountain lifts, with direct access to the Lenzerheide–Arosa ski, hiking, and biking area, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, or in just 5 minutes by bike during summer.

One parking space is available directly at the house. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking areas in the village.
