Description

The newly renovated and modernly furnished holiday home is situated above Lake Constance, close to St.Gallen and the Säntis. The unrestricted view of the entire lake, the shores of Germany and Austria and nearby Rorschach is breathtaking.

The holiday home has a large garden with terrace, free parking and free WLAN. The house is spacious and has an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with living area and toilet on the upper floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double bedroom on the ground floor.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, swimming, cycling, winter sports or relaxing. St.Gallen is 16km away, the Säntis can be reached in 50 minutes and Rorschach on Lake Constance is only 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is 9km away.

Village description: Unterbilchen is a pretty hamlet in the municipality of Grub and is part of the local recreation area high above Lake Constance. It stretches from the gentle hills of the "Fünf-Länder-Blick" to Lake Constance and the Rhine. The stunning views of Lake Constance and the Säntis are well-known far and wide. The municipality has a population of around 2,400 and has all the important infrastructure. The public transport connections are attractive: regular bus services take you to the city or the lake.
