Description
Fully furnished Swiss chalet flat in charming Ernen (1200 metres above sea level). The ground floor flat has 2 bedrooms with space for a total of 4 people.
The house has no direct access. The way from the car park is via a few steps and a staircase, then a 60 metre long footpath leading uphill to the chalet.
In winter, there is a short toboggan run to the village right next to the front door.
The nearby Aletsch area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached by a free sports bus from the village square in Erner. Cross-country ski trails are just a few minutes' walk away. In summer, the area is transformed into a hiking paradise in marvellous natural surroundings with unique wildlife.
In 1979, Ernen was awarded the Henry Louis Wacker Prize for its particularly beautiful, well-preserved village centre. Ernen has been known as an international music village for classical music for over 30 years. Classical concerts and other cultural events take place throughout the summer.
