Bus stop, grocery store and bakery are within 5 min. walking distance. Ideal starting point for hikes in summer. In winter there are various offers of tourism region Prättigau/Graubünden. Behind the house is a parking lot.

House entrance: cross vault with wardrobe. Apartment: high spacious living-bedroom with historical ceiling painting from the 17th century, parquet floor, two comfortable solid wood beds (2.20m long, 1.00m wide). 1 comfortable sofa bed, 1.60m wide for 1 person, armchair, sideboard, wardrobe, chest of drawers, trestle, screen, desk, various lamps, TV and WLAN. Separate kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, slate table with 4 tables, kitchen buffet, linoleum floor. Bathroom: shower, WC, shelf. In the yard: paved storage room for sports equipment.

Conditions and extras
The apartment can be booked only with children over 12 years. The visitor's tax and the parking place are included in the price. Bed linen & towels and final cleaning please pay in cash on site: Final cleaning CHF 50.- for 1-2 pers / stay CHF 70.- for 3 / stay Bed-& terry linen CHF 20.- / person and week, CHF 10.- / person for extra terry.
