The municipality of Flühli-Sörenberg is the tourist centre of the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere. The total area of the biosphere is 394 square kilometres and hardly any other region has so many natural treasures in such a small area as the "Wild West of Lucerne".Haus Kreuzbuche is located in Flühli, 8 km from Sörenberg. The Schwandalpweiher Kneipp facility is only a 15-minute walk away and the shops are just a few minutes' walk away. Hourly bus connections to Sörenberg.
