Description

2.5 rooms - Apartment with 52 m2 on the 1st floor. Nice balcony to the south. Fixed free parking space available (B 14)in the underground car park. Non-smoking. In the adjoining building via Caglims 5(approx. 80 meters to the right) are available for you as our guests a free private swimming pool (17m x 7m, 1.80 m deep) and 2 sauna rooms. In front of this side house is also the stop for the free ski bus. The ride to and from the valley station Flims takes about 4 minutes and is very convenient, since the bus stops directly in front of the entrance to the lift station. A direct access to charming cross-country ski runs of varying length and difficulty is possible after a 10-minute walk. In the summer, the mountain world for hiking and biking is also accessible via a chairlift connection from Flims village.Golfing: Domat-Ems and Sagogn (each about 15 - 20 minutes) and Bad Ragaz (about 35 minutes) by car. Between 2010 and 2016 the apartment was completely renovated and mostly new furnished. It has a south-southwest orientation with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. Free Wi-Fi, TV and radio with CD / DVD drive and apple docking station. The entire living area is covered with high quality parquet. Pets on request.

The spacious living / dining room has a comfortable leather couch, which can be easily converted into a double bed. The round dining table can be opened / closed on 4 sides.

The apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher, induction (ceramic) hob, oven with integrated microwave, large refrigerator with zero degree and freezer compartment, coffee machine and water cooker as well as a generous equipment of dishes and glasses. There is a raclette and a fondue.

Shower bath incl. WC: The shower is on the ground level and separated by a glass wall. You will find enough space for your bathroom utensils in a wide mirror and washbasin cabinet. The bathroom is heated as a towel heater. A hair dryer is available.

The bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two side tables with lamps including reading lamps.

The underground car park with your fixed stand (No. B 14) can be reached from the apartment through a short course in the EC. In this corridor are also laundry room (washing machine and dryer with coin-operated) as well as next to the ski cellar, which can be used in the summer as a bicycle storage.

After a day of hiking or skiing, the spacious, pleasantly-heated indoor swimming pool with sauna, which belongs to our apartment, invites you to relax. Of course changing rooms, showers and WCs are available.
